Job Title: Senior General Manager

Overview

Seeking a dynamic and experienced hospitality leader to oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including team leadership, financial performance, and guest experience. This individual will act as the primary operator of the business, responsible for driving results, developing talent, and ensuring a consistently high level of execution in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop front- and back-of-house teams, fostering a culture of accountability, engagement, and performance
• Oversee all day-to-day operations, including floor presence, service standards, and overall guest experience
• Act as the operational leader of the business, taking full ownership of team performance and venue success
• Manage financial performance, including P&L oversight, labor management, inventory, and cost controls
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify opportunities and adjust strategies to meet or exceed goals
• Recruit, hire, train, and schedule team members with a focus on retention and long-term development
• Coach and develop managers and leadership team through ongoing feedback, evaluation, and performance management
• Ensure compliance with all health, safety, sanitation, licensing, and regulatory standards
• Implement and refine operational processes to improve efficiency, productivity, and profitability
• Maintain a strong presence on the floor, leading by example and supporting the team during peak service periods
• Communicate clearly and effectively with team members, resolving conflict and fostering a collaborative environment
• Partner with senior leadership on budgeting, operational planning, and execution of key initiatives

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive restaurant management experience
• Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
• Strong financial acumen with experience managing P&L and operational budgets
• Ability to perform under pressure with a strong sense of urgency while maintaining composure
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to navigate challenging situations with professionalism and tact
• Demonstrated ability to think critically, problem-solve, and implement effective solutions
• Proficiency in standard business software (e.g., Microsoft Office)

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the venue for extended periods
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business
